How can I find / access my 2021 return that I had not finished, have not filed, thought I saved, but turbo tax can't seem to find it?

I thought I saved it.  Turbo tax suggested that I might have, and suggested that it was going to open it, no window opened, instead TurboTax appears to have opened 12 "ghost" windows, which show in task manage but are invisible to me.
