For the last 2 years I did my taxes through you guys and both years I was to get a refund. But due to the box that asked if I did not get a pandemic check. Then you check that box. I had to repay the government the amounts that were giving me. So my question is how come no one ask me if that when you said my taxes were correct. They were not. So I paid you guys six hundred dollars for the past two years and then had to have the IRS say nope your taxes were not done right and I had to pay them back twice. Not Happy 🤔
