I just filed my 1040X before the broker sent me an 1099 corrected. The federal one is already accepted. The NC state one is not filed yet. Now the same broker send me another 1099 corrected.
What should I do now? Turbo tax says wait until the amended return has been processed? What does it mean by processed?
Should I mail my NC amended return now? Or should I file another 1040X and file the most updated NC amended return? I do not owe any NC state tax in either amended return. Not an NC resident. I file only because I bought a house the end of last year, did not receive income last year.
