In filing my return for this year, the IRS rejected it due to someone else claiming my dependent. I removed dependent and filing went through and I have received refund. I have cleared up the dependent issue and in starting to amend my return to add dependent, before making any changes to add dependent, the return now shows I owe the IRS $1900. Why?
