Filed 2020 return electronically via Turbo Tax, return was accepted. Went to IRS site in May to check refund status, message said return received being processed. After that got the same message through Dec 2021. After that I get message "return not found". Call IRS every other week since May 2021, no response. I cannot get hold of a human to ask the question. Has anyone had this issue? Have you been able to solve it? Because of my income we were not eligible for stimulus so there should be no issues there. Turbo tax calculated a small child tax credit for 2020. Nothing else is out of ordinary on the return.
