I agree - there is a bug here... I filed IT-203, along with NJ1040 and US1040. I then needed to amend my return, Turbotax generated US 1040x and efiled, generated NJ1040x and directions to mail, no 203x. When I review the file for my records, the IT203 was updated with the new information, but there is no IT203x, nor did it ever transmit an amended return.
