After you file

Itemized Deductions are different than business expenses, so it is not clear which you mean. 

 

If you filed as self-employed, claimed expenses on Schedule C, and it turns out you are an employee, you may need to file an amended return. 

 

If you listed deductions for Schedule A, but took the Standard Deduction, it won't matter and you won't need to adjust anything.
