No problem. If you didn't see the screen to upload a .pdf it may be the option isn't available if you are using TurboTax CD/Download version. You can send a copy of your statements with Form 8453 to the IRS, include Form 8949 if it is in your tax return.
If you are e-filing your tax return, then mail your statements along with Form 8453 to the following address within three days after the IRS accepts your tax return:

Attn: Shipping and Receiving, 0254
Receipt and Control Branch
Austin, TX 73344-0254
If you need a blank Form 8453, you can download this pdf, enter your address information and check the box for Form 8949 (this form is really just a cover sheet).
