You do not attach backup documents to your tax return unless you have one of the very rare situations for which the IRS specifically requires an attachment. If the IRS wants any backup, they will send you a letter asking for it.
TurboTax cannot contact the IRS on your behalf, but there is no need to contact them at this point.
I suggest that you edit your post to remove the partial Social Security number and your birth date. This is a public web site that anyone can view. Your phone number and email addresses were automatically removed by the software. To edit the post, click the three dots in the top right corner and select "Edit Message."
