I filed 2021 Federal and State 3 months ago. I received my State immediately, but I still have not gotten Federal refund. The fault is Turbo Tax. It screwed up my 2020 Federal tax return. It confirmed that I filed; then months I check the site and see a message "that I have not yet filed. You could not send me an immediate email after your failure. Had I not checked into why I never received third coronavirus payment, I figured the fault was TT, which was confirmed with the message that it was never filed. Again, why didn't you notify me immediately? You sent me by email and text that my return was successfully filed. But when you screw up, no email and no text followed.
