If you e-file your original return with instructions to draft funds from your bank account, you can still expect that to happen. Nothing you do in TurboTax can change a successfully e-file return. In the future, should you need to file an amended return, it is best to wait until any payment you are making has been processed or refund you are expecting is received before amending.
The option to e-file your Oregon return will not be available after successfully e-file of your federal return. You should go ahead and mail it.
