Thanks so much John! Your suggestion did the trick - I contacted the Marketplace and they DID have a form1095-a available for me to download. Apparently my insurance agent had bought a policy for me from the marketplace rather than direct from the insurance company.
After I entered the information from form 1095-a, my e-file return was accepted by the IRS
