Don't bother to call the IRS Hot Line as I have been calling them since last June. My 2020 1040X was received by the IRS on 5/26/21 and was filed on 6/1/21 and the message is still the same, We are sorry for the inconvenience. Don't bother contacting you congressman as mine informed me that the IRS was not accepting any more complaint files. BTW, the reason I had to file a 1040X was because TURBO-TAX entered the same dividend twice on my 1040-SR, so don't trust all their checks and double checks because you're the one who suffers.
