If you have already e-filed your federal return, sometimes you have to change the filing method in order to find and print the State return. Try this:
- First, log in to your TurboTax account.
- At the Welcome Home screen, choose?Visit My Tax Timeline?(see screenshot).
- Under?Some Things You Can Do, at the bottom of the screen, Choose?Add a State?(you aren't really adding a State, but you will be able to access your return).
- Once you are in, choose the?File tab, and continue to?Prepare to Send. (step 3)
- On the screen?We've determined the easiest way to file your taxes, go to the bottom of the screen and choose?I'd like to change filing methods.?
- For your MA return, choose File by mail.
