If your mutual funds made a distribution it would be reported on box2a of the Form 1099-DIV. If you sold any stocks then you would have received a form 1099-B from your brokerage company. Additionally, you can contact your brokerage company to see if you should be receiving any 1099 Forms. Additionally, you can login to your brokerage website and there is usually a tax center or a specific documents section where you can look for all the tax forms issued to you.
