I cannot say whether it's true or not. I can just speak about my experiences.
My refund was processed by the IRS ON 2-24-22. I still do not have a refund either by paper check or direct deposit.
I was told, heard/seen too many inconsistencies to believe anything at this point in time.
For all of the customers, I hope that they follow through and give us our refunds.
Does Turbo realize and care how this impacts their current customer base and how their future customers will be wary about them in the future. Word of mouth travels fast...
Hopefully we will all get our refunds soon.
Makes you wonder if TPG is just sitting on it to collect interest or other nefarious things.
