I got a stimulus check in 2021 but my dog destroyed it. I filled out every form the IRS asked for but never got a replacement. What can I do?

I claimed a stimulus rebate for 2021 since it was never cashed but the IRS kicked it back. Is there anything I can do to get that 2021 stimulus check?
