EDIT NOTE: My original comment below was for if you are getting an error message preventing you from efiling. If you are simply wanting to change filing methods from "file by mail" to efiling, the following doesn't apply. In that latter case see Champ ee-ea's answer above.

- Are you using Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download)?
- Do you get that message when efiling a Federal return, state return, or both?
- What exactly is the error message?
- When you go through the REVIEW tab, is there any clue?
