I recently filed tax return and IRS owe me so I have to pay tax to IRS. How can I check status if my tax return is approved ( IRS approves the tax due amount shown when I filed). Previously, I used IRS refund status tool when I am suppose to get refund, but I can’t check there since I have tax due. I know IRS will send letter if my tax return due amount change but is there any way to track or check online?
