IT-201 is the main tax form for New York Residents. Nonresidents and part-time residents must use Form IT-203 instead.
If you originally filed an IT-203, you may need to mail your Amended Return.
Amended returns take several weeks to process, whether Efiled or mailed.
Are you Amending your Federal return also? If not, did you step through the Federal Amend anyway before stepping through your New York Amendment?
