I made a mistake filing my NY return. I am a non-resident and filed IT-203.
I am now trying to file an amendment. This is form IT-203-X.
TurboTax will not allow me to E-file a Form IT-203-X when IT-201 has not been filed.
I think this may be a bug? IT-203-X should require IT-203, not IT-201.
Help please.
