If you have the desktop software (CD/download), I'm curious what happens when you do this? This is for the Windows version:
Launch TurboTax and open your return.
Then go to the top left corner and in the top menubar click on the FILE menu to see a dropdown menu.
Then in the submenu click on Electronic Filing.
Then in the next menu check these things:
- Check Electronic Filing Status
- Check Electronic Filing History
- Show Electronic Filing Customer Service Messages
