After you file
I would not file an amended return. It won't change the amount of tax you owe. Also, as you said, the information has already been sent to the IRS by your Broker. Worse case scenario is you get a letter from the IRS and have to mail a copy of your 1099-B. But the IRS is so backlogged right now, they aren't going to ask you for a 1099-B to support information they already have.
