You have to request a call back they most definitely call back. And just ask them which correct date it was mailed. It normally takes 3-5 business for a check to come don’t let them fool you. Once it’s actually sent off in the mail to you it shouldn’t take long. Mine was printed the 18th and mailed the 23rd and I received it on The 26th
