Iam honestly confused , I never had an issue with turbo tax until this year. Iam missing a large amount of money in my refund. I emails TPG and they said they were working on this issue. Once I didn't get a reply back in 1 week I tried to email them again. No answer. I Do not understand why they are even holding back the refund to begin with. I want answers and I want it fixed. If someone can please help me and point my in the right direction to get everything back I would greatly appreciate it.
