As an alternative, you can enter your 1099-DIV manually.
- Go to Wages & Income
- Work on other income
- Investments and Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, Crypto) = Review
- Dividends on 1099-DIV
- Scroll to the box with the blank dividend entry
- Open it and select the trashcan
- Confirm to delete it.
