What is the rejection error code you received (preferably) or the exact message?
If your 2020 AGI is not working to verify your 2021 efile, did you happen to have unemployment income on your 2020 return and filed early last year before the late tax law (American Rescue Plan Act) about exclusion of 2020 unemployment income up to $10,200 went into effect for that year? If so, I can tell you something to try.
