I am having the same issue with TPG holding my refund. $153 is what TPG owes and they sent $36. I only see "canned" responses from Turbo Tax with no actual conversation as to why they chose a 3rd party to distribute funds. Direct Deposit info hasn't changed, TPG thinks it has, TPG holds funds, TPG says I don't exist, Turbo Tax says they will reach out and "resolve" the issue. Turbo Tax has not resolved the issue, I expect TPG to be sued over the thousands of comments with the same problem, I will not use Turbo Tax going forward. Canned responses don't "solve" anything if TPG can't find my information, and Turbo Tax pushes off all responsibility. What a time to steal from people and the brunt of the responsibility falls on Turbo Tax for poor decision making, it's really that simple. Turbo Tax is irrelevant to me in terms of getting taxes done going forward. An absolute disgrace!
