SBTPG has had my money since Feb. 2….I’ve filed complaints and got an email from them on March 5 stating my refund would be mailed within 5 business days. Still nothing! I filed a complaint with BBB on March 14 and am still waiting….and now SBTPG won’t talk to me at all. Beyond frustrated!!!!
