After you file
@Cdan0802 So for the first time yesterday, I was told they only mail checks on Wed. and Fridays. But when they authorize a check to be printed it takes 3 days for it to actually go through their system. Now the date they give you is the " effective" date. But, if the day 3 of processing lands on a day that is not Wed. or Fri. then it bumps to the next Wed or Friday. March 4th was a Friday. But add 3 days, that means it was 'sent' on 3-9-2022. And then you have to start the 7-10 business days. Excluding Saturdays because for some reason they don't seem to understand that USPS runs on Saturdays. So according to all that IF it was in fact actually in the mail on 3-9 you should have gotten it no later than yesterday 😬 I'm sorry. And all this I was just told to me yesterday and I've been talking to these people since 2-16-2022. So my guess is you have to start calling them back.
The person I spoke to absolutely would not tell me the official date it was sent. And the support person I was emailing said, call us back if you don't get it by 4-1. These people are absolutely infuriating. Im like, 😏 why would i need to call you if its really in the mail. I personally don't believe a word these people say. Document all your interactions with them in case you end up having to take legal action.
