Why was my federal tax refund of $4583.00 reduced to $383.00 because of a mistake that the turbotax program made, Your program guaranteed it double checked my return and that 100% accuracy was made, Filing my taxes was suppose to be free, but that was not the case we still had to pay over $100.00 to file. I need answers as to what went wrong, we received a letter from the IRS saying that there was a error on the 1040 form of your program about the ( Recovery Rebate Credit) in which they caught and changed our refund, that is a very big mistake but you guy,s still got paid.
