The answer is still not clear.
I'm getting the impression that one the payment plan agreement is mailed, that's it you do not get another copy.
The only way I've been able to get a printed agreement was to revise my current agreement.
This is similar to a contract with my landlord.
It's my responsibility to keep and preserve it.
No copies are available and it's my word against his.
