No, TurboTax does not make payments or payment arrangements. The software is set-up o that you can arrange to have payments made from you bank accounts.
So it sounds as if your state taxes are still due, you can print a payment voucher from your TurboTax file for the state and make a payment or go to your State Taxing Agency and make the payment online. You will need your social security number and banking routing and account numbers.
