The notice included the same reasons as the Where's My Refund details page and nothing new. Still can't get through to the IRS. Everything looks correct on the Recovery Rebate Credit Worksheet, double checked all the spellings and number on our baby's SSN and DOB. I double checked the other kids' SSN and spellings too. It says on the form that I have 60 days to challenge and lists the phone number and says I can send a paper copy, but not to where or what. Any suggestions?
