I understand and it's fine. My Dad gave me his lawyer's number and I left a message. I'll keep trying to contact the IRS, but I'm going to ask him to file a suit. At least I'd finally be in contact with the IRS. I hate the idea of filing a suit, but everything that was supposed to 'help us during the epidemic' was denied for me. Two stimulus payments that the government specifically issued to help Americans get by (which I was eligible for the full amount for all three), never got them. Instead, as you stated, I had to apply for them on my taxes, which I did and still never got them. The non-payments have literaaly forced me to struggle and borrow money that I wasnt able to afford to borrow in order to get by. Anyways, thanks for your attempts to help. Wish we could have found a better solution.
