I filed April 30th, 2021. The status for state and federal said 'Accepted' (and still does). I finally received my State return in September on a TurboCard and was never informed of it, leading to paying monthly fees on money I didn't know I had. This is the minimal concern.
The major concern is that I never received my Federal return or the final two stimulus payments. I've attempted multiple times to call the IRS over the past 10 months, just to be placed on hold for 10 minutes leading to an automated message saying that the call volume is too high and to try back again. This is a major concern as there is no email address to contact. How exactly do you think that I should proceed? I don't want to file a lawsuit if I don't have to, but without getting the payment and no way to contact, it may be my only option.
