What if it's saying refund sent however NetSpend will not do anything to assist with the situation they keep saying it will automatically be rejected by there system within 6 days however it was sent to my account on Feb 24th it has been well over 6 days yet they act like they can not see that information and there is no way of telling where the money is 

 


Did you choose to get your Federal refund deposited to a pre-existing NetSpend Card?

 

And this IRS tool says your refund has been sent?

Did you have any TurboTax fees, and if you did, did you pay them upfront, or did you choose to pay the Turbotax fees out of your Federal refund? 

 If you chose to pay fees out of your Federal refund, the funds go first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.   Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card.)   If you used that method to pay fees, and if the IRS has actually released the funds, here's how to check on the funds at the level of the intermediary company (SBTPG) using their refund lookup tool.
