After you file

    I am having the same issue. We are filing as Married Filing Jointly. I am listed first and my spouse second. All our personal information is correct (name, SSN, address, Filing Pin) and consistent with previous filings.           After filing, I got a rejection notice (via text) from the IRS. When I look under "Check E-file Status," the message is "The IRS Couldn't Confirm (Spouse's) Identity."

    I have put in the correct 2020 AGI. Rejected again.

    On the advice of a TurboTax specialist, I entered my wife's AGI. Rejected again.

    On the advice of a TurboTax specialist, my wife obtained an Identification Protection Pin. I entered it and re-filed twice, once with our total AGI and once with my wife's AGI. I was rejected twice.

    Are there any other proposed solutions out there?
