My wife and I filed jointly as soon as we could once we got our W2's. We got the state money back just fine, but we were supposed to get back $4,836 in federal and only got back like $1,987. We couldnt speak to anyone from the IRS no actual person would answer. We couldnt call Turbotax either then i saw on tiktok people were having the same issue. We are missing $2,849 from our taxes, hopefully someone can help us.
