That would make some work for you. You can amend your tax return using TurboTax if your original return was down elsewhere. However, you will have to recreate the original return exactly as it was filed as part of this process. Then trick the software into thinking you filed your original return with TurboTax (choose file by mail). Then you can start an amended return. You would also have to pay for the TurboTax software.
It would be easier if you went back to the person or tax preparer to amend your return. Then you should not be charged.
