The Issue Is TPG keeping my money, nothing else. The IRS website confirms the amount I should be getting $4,615.04 (AKA my return minus the offset). I've reached out to TPG with no response. I paid Turbotax for a service and the bank they contracted stole my (and apparently a lot of other people's) money! @MinhD
