After you file

Yes I did the problem was that it was during the covid and they wanted me to go to the main office to prove my identity but I couldn't cuz my ID was bad so I basically had to wait until after covid and got done and then I went into the office on September 13th of this year and double check to make sure all of it was filed everything was correct verified my identity at the Fairview heights location and they said I was supposed to get a refund and it was supposed to be within 60 days 60 days later I called they said that it was put on hold back in 2019 because of it was under review but they can only hold it for 160 days and it's been like almost 2 years and I talked to the IRS people and they said that there's no reason why it's still on hold it should have been released I talked to the taxpayer advocate service cuz I had a taxpayer advocate case opened and they said there's no reason why I haven't gotten it and I'm still waiting on it
