I have been on the phone with your rep for the last 48 minutes and she can not even answer the simplest of questions. I will never use your service again, and would appreciate a complete refund. I doubt she can even spell her name. Your company guarantees 100% satisfaction or your money back. Well I am extremely dissatisfied with this whole process. My refund was issued by the IRS on March 9, 2022 and I have yet to receive it. I paid for premium service and I'm getting first grader service.
