Form the error code, it appears that the dependent information is not correct or missing some information. Please review each dependent.
To review your dependent(s) in TurboTax Desktop:
- Select Personal Info located at the top of the screen.
- Continue until you get to the Your Personal Info Summary screen.
- Scroll down to Dependents and select Edit.
- Review each dependent verifying the information entered.
- Continue with the onscreen interview until complete.
- Review (tab located at the top of the screen) for errors.
- Resubmit your return for E-file (File located at the top of the screen).
