After you file
If you verified that the info you entered is correct and you e-file again, the California e-file servers will almost certainly reject your return for the same reason. In this case, your only option is to print and mail your return.
The usual cause for this e-file rejection is when another taxpayer filed a return using the wrong FEIN. That you didn't have Schedule Q on your return is a definite clue this is what happened.
