If they are holding funds because of who someone owes or offsets or whatever, that is the responsibility of the IRS. I don't see where TPG would have the authority to hold a tax return because of that. What they're suppose to be doing is taking out the fees and sending us our money. It's obvious this bank doesn't care about customers or the financial hardship they're causing some customers. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general's office cause I am tired and exhausted with this. File a consumer complaint with the attorney general's office where you leave. It's free.
