I've used TurboTax for the last 4 years and never had a problem. As we were filing it said we were supposed to get over $4,000 for federal and what we received was half that.. On the IRS website it says they had to take our taxes for a few reasons.. 1) there's bills that haven't been paid. (Never had this before) or 2) somewhere my depend's name or ss# isn't correct. (It was fine last year) BUT what I'm more upset about is this year I had to pay for the deluxe program because I started college so to be able to apply for that credit and get more money back I had to pay. And now I paid for my taxes for them to not give me my full amount.... I'm alittle upset about this. Is there anything someone can do to get the full amount back?
