I have used TurboTax for 6 years, usually with no issues. This year I HAD to pay to file with no other choices so I had the $117 taken out of my refund. I was supposed to get back over $4000. I triple checked my return before I sent it and everything was perfect. Just to get a little less than 1,600 back with no explanation. No matter what number I call I get no answers. No responses. Nothing. This is number I desperately need to help pay bills. Someone please help me get my money back.
