I submitted my federal and state to be reviewed. It was accepted and never changed. However when I looked at bank notice. A lesser amount showed around a 2000.00+ less than I expected. Also received an email saying they received my change to assess my amount but I did not make a change on my return. Can't get a real person from turbo or irs to explain what assessment I made that changed my refund. That would be stupid on my part. I want my turbotax I filed and they agreed to pay. Don't understand because my status has remained the same as what irs accepted and recording says they are still working on it.
