My tax returns was rejected because the AGI of the previous year had an error although I entered the correct number (Line 11 of form 1040).
However, I noticed that there is a bracket around the number at line 11.
i,e. The AGI is (127)
Does this mean that my AGI in the last year was negative? If this is the case, while filing this years returns should i provide the previous years' AGI exactly like (127) instead of just the number?
